Description of service
Oleoline, a brand of HB International SAS (“HBI”), provides specialized services including:
- Market reports and price trend analysis.
- Consultancy and market intelligence services.
- Organization of conferences and professional events.
All services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.
Reports Subscription
A subscription grants the subscribing company access to the ordered Oleoline report(s) until the subscription is renewed or cancelled.
A renewal notice will be sent annually during the month of the initial subscription anniversary. Upon receipt of confirmation, an invoice will be issued. If no response is received after a second reminder, the subscription will be suspended.
Access to reports is conditional upon receipt of payment. Payment is due on the date indicated on the invoice. If payment is not received after two reminders, a cancellation notice will be issued. If a different due date is required, the subscriber must inform Oleoline’s administration team.
The subscription includes access to an electronic version of the report, delivered via email. Each subscription covers up to five readers. Additional readers require a separate subscription. The subscriber is responsible for notifying Oleoline of any changes to the mailing list.
Subscribers will receive login credentials (after payment) to access their reports at www.oleoline.com, excluding daily TOR reports. Access is limited to reports published during the current subscription period (up to one year), and historical data if this option has been added. For security reasons, the password must be changed upon first login, and two-factor authentication is required.
Subscriptions may be terminated by written request only. Cancellation during the subscription period does not entitle the subscriber to a refund.
Oleoline reserves the right to discontinue a report. In such cases, the subscriber will be offered an alternative report for the remaining subscription period or a pro rata refund for the unused portion.
Report content may be modified without prior notice.
Conferences
Conference participation is confirmed only upon payment of the invoice before the due date. If payment is not received on time, the reservation will be automatically suspended.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the conference do not entitle the customer to a refund.
Customized Reports and Historical Data
Historical data not included in the subscription will be delivered in Excel format after payment is received.
For consultancy reports, 60% of the quoted amount is due upon contract signing, with the remaining 40% payable before delivery of the final report.
Intellectual property and copyright
Oleoline reports, price data, and related content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or make public any content provided by Oleoline without prior written consent from HBI.
Any unauthorized use or distribution will result in legal action and termination of access.
Limitation of Liability
The information in Oleoline reports is based on market expertise and sources deemed to be reliable. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Oleoline accepts no responsibility for the content, forecasts, or opinions expressed.
Oleoline and HBI accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the information, including financial or commercial decisions based on such information.
Customer Information Management
Oleoline processes customer information in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
Customer data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent unless required by law.
General Provisions
Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate information when opening an account. Oleoline is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information.
Subscriber information held by Oleoline will not be shared with third parties without the subscriber’s consent.
Payments must be made by bank transfer or credit card to HB International SAS. Always verify payment instructions via email and confirm by phone with a trusted contact.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
