By subscribing to our reports, you have accepted the following terms and conditions: the subscription contract grants the subscriber a license to receive and access the ordered Oleoline report valid for valid for 12 months until subscription renewal or notice of cancellation.
A subscription contract and an invoice will be sent every year at the anniversary month of the initial subscription.
The subscription and access to the reports are subject to reception of payment from the subscriber. Payment is due at reception of the invoice. If payment is not received after two reminders, a notice of cancellation will be sent.
Payment is to be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Subscribers’ information detained by Oleoline will not be shared with third parties without the subscriber’s authorization.
Oleoline is not responsible for the information provided to open the account; it is the subscriber’s duty to provide accurate information to properly set-up the account.
The license grants access to an electronic version of the report. The subscriber owns a license for up to 5 readers at a single geographic location. Additional readers or locations require an additional subscription.
The subscription gives access, through a login and a password communicated after reception of payment, to an account at www.oleoline.com, where the subscriber can access his reports (except for the daily TOR reports) since the start of his current subscription. Oleoline may change log-in(s) and password(s) without prior notice, a confirmation of the new login and password will be sent to the subscriber(s).

The subscriber may terminate his subscription by written request only. A cancellation during the course of the subscription does not entitle the customer to a refund.
Oleoline may unilaterally decide to terminate a report, in which the subscriber will be offered an alternative report until the end of his subscription, or alternatively a pro rata temporis reimbursement of the outstanding duration of the subscription.
The content of any report may be modified without prior notice to the subscriber.
The information contained in our reports is a result of Oleoline’s knowledge of the market as well as being obtained from sources considered to be reliable. Every care has been taken to ensure its accuracy. However, we cannot accept responsibility for the information contained in our reports, nor for our prognoses and opinions.
Violation of copyright is an offence. Any resale, distribution, copying or other unauthorized use of any part of the report without Oleoline’s express agreement is a copyright violation. Infringers will be prosecuted.
Oleoline may suspend the subscription and access to the reports in case of serious suspicion of copyright violation. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the Laws of France and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French Courts.
All the operations are transferable to HBI SAS.
